It gives us great pleasure, on behalf of the newly formed Laryngology Society of Australasia, to invite you to our first official laryngology conference.

Laryngology encompasses airway, voice and swallowing disorders and is one of the fastest growing sub-specialties in Otolaryngology today.

We are pleased to announce the three outstanding international keynote speakers are Dr Jean Abitbol from Paris, France, Associate Professor Frederik G Dikkers from Groningen, the Netherlands and Associate Professor Claudio F Milstein from Cleveland, OHIO.

We are certain that their contributions, along with our local presenters, will ensure our conference provides an excellent opportunity to become informed and share with one another the latest developments and research findings in this field.

Some of the topics that will be discussed include: phonosurgery, in-office procedures, medical management of complex laryngeal conditions, voice and dysphagia assessment and therapy, regenerative medicine, complex airway management, vocal cord dysfunction and neurolaryngeal disorders.

We invite contributions to our program, calling for research and clinical papers and/or posters are now open. Compete your abstract submission on the submit abstract page today.

In the meantime, put it in the diary as a not-to-be-missed event.
