Where will the conference sessions be held?
The 4th Laryngology Society of Australasia Conference sessions will be delivered virtually on the 19-20 November 2021.

Please Note:
• Students need to provide proof of a valid and current full-time student identification for undergraduate only. A copy of your valid student identification will be requested at time of registration and will be verified once your registration has been received. If we do not receive or are unable to verify your student identification, you will be required to pay the full fee. If you have any questions please email .
• Student delegate registration DOES NOT include any social functions.
All prices are in AUD$ and include 10% GST.

How do I register for the conference?

When does Early Bird registration end?
Early Bird Registration fees are available online up until Tuesday 31 August 2021.
What is the cut-off date to register online?
Late Registration fees are available online until Monday 15 November 2021.
I need to cancel; is there a cancellation policy?
Delegates who find themselves unable to attend the conference after submitting a registration form are most welcome to nominate a substitute. In the case of a cancellation, delegates must inform Consec - Conference and Event Management in writing of their inability to attend. A refund of the registration fee, less a cancellation fee of $60.00 (AUD$) including GST will be made on or before 5 October 2020.
NO refunds will be made to anything after 5 October 2020.
All refunds prior to 5 October 2020 will be made after the conference. Any changes made to a registration within seven (7) days of the conference will incur a $40.00 administrative fee.
Will my details be published in the delegate list?
In registering for this conference, relevant details will be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates (name and organisation only - in accordance with the Australian National Privacy Act), and may be made available to parties directly related to the conference including Consec - Conference and Event Management, the Conference Organising Committee and parties associated with related conferences.
If you do not wish your details to be published in the delegate list please tick the "No, don't put my name on the delegate listing" box on the second page of the registration form.

What security is available for online payments?
PCI Compliance - Security of the Cardholders Account Data
Consec's online payment system is PCI (payment card industry) version 3 level 1 compliant - this is the highest standard possible.
Within this certification, our payment system is required to:
• Perform yearly onsite audits by a PCI DSS QSA.
• Perform external penetration tests of our sites once a year.
• Perform internal/external vulnerability tests once a quarter.
• Program guard against the top ten internet vulnerabilities called OWASP top 10.

• Double encrypt sensitive data once with Rijndael 128bit and a second time RSA 2048 bit key length.
