4th Laryngology Society of Australasia Conference Registration Fees
All registration types include the following

Please Note:
- Students need to provide proof of full-time student identification for undergraduate only. Please email your student identification to . If we do not receive your student identification, you will be required to pay the full fee.
- Student delegate registration DOES NOT include any social functions.
- All prices are in AUD$ and include 10% GST.

*Early Bird Registration fees are available up until Tuesday 31 August 2021.
*Full Registration fees are available from Wednesday 1 September 2021 through until Tuesday 28 September 2021.
*Late Registration fees are available from Wednesday 29 September 2021 through until Monday 15 November 2021.
Conditions of Registration
Full payment MUST be received prior to the conference. The 4th Laryngology Society of Australasia Conference registration cannot be confirmed until payment is received.
Cancellation Policy
Delegates who find themselves unable to attend the conference after submitting a registration form, are most welcome to nominate a substitute. In the case of a cancellation, delegates must inform Consec - Conference and Event Management in writing of their inability to attend. A refund of the registration fee, less a cancellation fee of $60.00 (AUD$) including GST will be made on or before 5 October 2020.
NO refunds will be made to anything after 5 October 2020.
All refunds prior to 5 October 2020 will be made after the conference. Any changes made to a registration within seven (7) days of the conference will incur a $40.00 administrative fee.
