Submit an Abstract

Abstracts are being sought for oral presentations (10 minute presentation) on all aspects of laryngology (including voice, swallowing and upper airway).

Abstract Selection

The Scientific Programming Committee will review abstracts suitable for presentation at the conference, based on scientific validity and subject relevance.

In addition to the free papers, the scientific program will comprise keynote and invited papers, panels and clinical forums.

In submitting an abstract, authors acknowledge they will be required to present virtually at any time during the conference, as we cannot commit to time scheduling to suit all authors.

All submissions will be evaluated by the six members of the Scientific Programming Committee and the decision whether to accept or decline proposals will be final.

Accepted abstracts will be published on the virtual conference platform.

Abstract Format

Abstracts must be a maximum of 250 words and include the following:
1. Short Title (max 20 words)
2. Structure with the headings:

Oral Presentations

Oral Presentations will be allocated ten (10) minutes; consisting of eight (8) minutes to present plus two (2) minutes to answer questions. The scientific committee at its discretion may allocate more time for presentations.

Instructions and training will be provided for all presenters on how to use the virtual platform to deliver your presentation once abstracts are accepted into the program.

All presenting authors must register and pay for their attendance at the conference by Tuesday 31 August 2021.

The Organising Committee reserves the right to adjust the presentation time allocations as the program develops.
